spent morning sorting out bicycles after the winter apart from the one I bought last weekend for eldest daughter with disk brakes and 2 million gears.

Tested mine for first time in a year. Discovered muscles I didn't know I had so really do need to get out on it more.

Now its raining so can't mow the grass (that's a shame).

Eggs Ben were fantastic. I think the scallops might have been slightly underdone, but better than overcooked. I actually like frying in ghee as it doesn't noisette like butter, although you do lose the slightly nutty flavour.

Scones and biscuits were great.

Now looking forward to the spag vongole. I might need to wait about 6 hours as I'm stuffed! Those clams better still be alive by then!
