This this time you will be cutting off an arm rather than a hand?Originally posted by Diver View PostWell done BP.
I packed in the ciggies last year piled on the pounds and now have to shed the stones, so diet and exercise is order of the day for the next few months, and I need to get out on site more and do the more physical side of the business instead of sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day like I've been doing for the last 6 months.
Great to have you back - please drop in more often.Comment

I don't do the actual physical work myself. I just make sure everybody else is doing it as I want it done, but it still means I'm walking and climbing, not sat on my backside in an office.Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostThis this time you will be cutting off an arm rather than a hand?

I'm in London at the moment, dossing about in the the Hilton in Westminster and about to slope off to a clients office.
Early start and early finish, then back to gods country this afternoon (Wales in case you'd forgotten)
