Same here. Just had one from my old permie manager!Originally posted by cailin maith View PostI keep getting early "Happy New Year" texts... I want to reply "screw you" but I don't think it would be appreciated!!!
Had a major bust up with the girly earlier and that's me and her finished for good. I didn't like her family anyway so it's done me a big favour. We were going into town, but not anymore.
A friends house burnt down on xmas eve (how unlucky is that?) so he's coming over now with some extra drinking supplies and we're going to get trashed me thinks.
A terrible end to the year, and the huge family argument on xmas day didn't help either.
Roll on 2008...

Xmas & New Year put a lot of pressure on people; every year someone's year is spoiled by the events of the final two weeks.Originally posted by miffy View Post... A terrible end to the year, and the huge family argument on xmas day didn't help either.

Feel free to come and drivel in TPD to your heart's content. There's enough negativity, pessimism and misery poured out here to make yours feel at home!

Make the most of chucking the old year out with your friend, and far too much alcohol. In the morning, everything will feel so much worse that you'll know 2008 can only get better!
Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.
