I appear to have come down with manflu, I suspect from last week’s trip to Scotland.
Old man doctor’s appointment tomorrow, so we’ll see what happens during that.

Meanwhile on the 9th of January 2020 Brillo was recovering, BR14 popped in, eek appeared, WTFH commented, I was in the library, and the mother's meeting in Swansea that morning was cancelled due to lack of attendees.
Shopping trips to Morrisons, Aldi, and Tesco done dusted washed dried sanitised & put away.

Bonfire evening! Everything went! Well apart from Ted, who now has 1.5 legs. The other Ted is still there too.
Still raining. Came back in & couldn't remove the old t shirt coz it was stuck to me with sweat.

Lunch has been some leftover chicken tikka bits from Saturday night. Very tasty and zingy
Due to the sudden departure of a bunch of people from the consultancy (despite them getting the contract renewal) I find myself able to work largely on my own, rather than having to "pair" or "mob". I much prefer it this way, and it's also a lot easier on my ears now I don't have AirPods in for most of the day
Tea has been proper student food: curried mince and chips
It isn't a recipe that would be recognised by Madhur Jaffrey, being just fried mince and onions in gravy with a load of curry powder chucked in. But it has nostalgia value, and it's cheap and tasty
