There was US border stuff on this afternoon, but I didn't pay much attention as I was mucking around with some Python and Django stuff for showing a timeline of when the election results are likely to be announced in each constituency. Not much point to it really, but it's a vaguely interesting exercise

Monday again tomorrow, but at least it's a four-day week as I've booked Friday off - I'll be up late cackling vindictively at what promises to be a bumper crop of Portillo moments

Shopping trips to Morrisons and Tesco done dusted washed dried sanitised & put way. The need for health food was satisfied by the purchase of some Tesco(tm) jam tarts. Yum.

Lunch: scrambled egg etc. plus a few Health Food Tesco(tm) jam tarts. I feel better already.

Tea: chilli con carne etc. Meh.

Morning all, local time 0706

The wind got up about 4am and seems to have gotten stronger since then. Weather app says wind speeds are about 76 km/h. It's also raining very heavily. Apparently a thunderstorm is happening but I haven't seen evidence of that. Currently 27 degrees ('feels like' 31) with a high of 29 expected. Rain set to continue until about 6pm.

Looks like Grenada is going to take a bashing
