This was the council's solution to the problem that I don't have a direct debit set up as I pay the tax off in full at the start of the financial year, so they didn't have any bank account details to send it to
I'm not bothering with the PO on a Friday afternoon though; it'll be full of eBay sellers shipping their old trainers to Basingstoke. I might pop down during the day tomorrow, if I can be bothered
