There's a lot of high, thin cloud out; but not really what you'd call overcast, and a bit of sunshine threatens to break through. Currently 16°C with a high of 19° forecast, and the barometers down somewhat at 997/1005mB. This afternoon's promised thunderstorms have been downgraded to rain, but retain their 90% likelihood for the moment
Dull and overcast but dry. Currently 17 degrees with a high of 20 later. The random number weather app reckons there'll be a bit of sunshine poking out this morning before it rains this afternoon. Barometer down to 1007 mBar.
Slept ok but still tired this morning.

Lunch: poached tomato and scrambled egg on Morrisons wholemeal sunflower and spelt toast, bramble jelly sandwich on same, red corner yog, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.
Entertainment: Car SOS: Subaru Imprezza.

Entertainment: Engineering Disasters: Chicago tunnels flood or what happens if you put piles too close to a tunnel; sheer punch failure in construction, and what happens if you build a building on a landfill and then add another two stories and 10 tons of aircon to the roof. Ooops.
Trucking hell S3 E8: Rory! Dismantling (or flatpacking) a curtain sided trailer though with some problems with the Oxyacetylene gas cutter.

Tea: the remains of the roast beef with carrots & onions, some sliced peaches, a yog or two, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.
Entertainment: Discovering Alain Delon, which, aside from a couple of films with Mr Bronson, is of little innerest all in all.
