The Tado thingummys in various parts of my flat are all reporting 22.7 - 22.8 and the weather app says it's 27 outside.

Still blue sky. Just realised I'm due to walk up to the dentist at about the time the thunderstorms are expected, so that'll be fun.

One of those mornings where it felt like I was just hopping around from one little bit of stuff to another, but now the cumulative effect has resulted in a vague sense of having got something done

And I've managed to secure myself an afternoon of playing around with fun stuff carrying out an important appraisal of certain visualisation technologies required for the next phase of the project

The work I need to do is complex so I can't be arsed but that's irrelevant as I've spent all morning help Eek Twin 1 prep for her apprenticeship interview presentation at 12 noon.

Its scary how few words you can say in 5 minutes (its 700 words or about a side and a half of A4).

Even worse is sitting in my office so I can not quite hear what Eek Twin 1 is saying - I'm just hoping its good enough.

Weather app says it's now 31 degrees outside but it will plummet to 22 when the rain / thunderstorm properly gets going around 4pm.

Now all we have to do is wait until August. Would be great if she gets it as she will be earning £25,000 a year while going through uni rather than borrowing £15,000 to do so.
