Since the Rayburn is lit, lunch today will be a baked potato, which is currently over an hour into its cook. Will turn it over soon, then around 12 decide on the cheese to be used. Should be ready by 1.30.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

Morning all
Dry (as in it's not currently raining).
Grey (as in very).
Sunless (as in there's no sun).
Colder (as in it's 15.8 deg in here this morning).
995 mBar and 65% RH.
Telex machine positively gleaming this morning.
Probably due to the patented waking at 05:20 yet again, finally returning to sleep sometime after 06:00.
Beginning to wonder if it's the Second Sleep type of thing since it happens so regularly at exactly the same time. When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

Morning denizens
According to the weather app, it's 12°C and "mostly cloudy" out with a 40% chance of rain in an hour or so.
According to looking-out-of-the-window, it's completely cloudy and raining steadily, and obviously has been for a while
So it's hard to know what to believeComment
