Lunch was a little hotpot of tom yam noodles and mushrooms.
I have 45 mins to my next meeting so I'm going for a walk around the block.Comment

Pharmacy walked to, prescription collected, green ring closed - not in that order though, as the green ring was closed just before I arrived there
Of course, this means the walk back was wasted effort
