Exercise bike done

No calorie record today, by quite some margin. But I was going more for the muscles in my legs than a cardio thing today, and anyway, yesterday I cheated by stopping for the Zoom call in the middle

22C outside now. I moved the thermometer when I put the new bird box up, and while it's now more shaded, it's also at an angle where it's not as easy to read from here. May have to go out and move it slightly

Beddings changed as its 1st of month, nice pnk number from Dunelm Mill, good quality, shower, coffee # 2 with 3 choccie digestives (proper McVities)

I rely on autocomplete to provide the title from the previous week, then update the Roman numerals at the end, but that doesn't work so well when it's been a different title from usual. Fixed now
