Lunch was chickpea pancakes filled with an aubergine curry.

Accidentally vegan but still edible I may have to get some chickpea flour when I get home. The pancakes were good!

Burger for lunch. Kept it simple; cheese slice, Heinz ketchup and yellow mustard.
Quarter pounder on a Sheldon's oven bottom muffin. Washed down with a can of Cherry Coke (full sugar of course).

The sun has come out. It's a nice bright afternoon.

I haven't actually been outside, though, see how nice it really is.

Afternoon tea is this month's Cronut^TM from the Dominique Ansell bakery that I brought up with me.

Made a quick loaf earlier with some live yeast. Replaced 50ml of water with 50ml of beer.

It's currently in the oven overflowing the tin.
