Lunch: poached tomato & scrambled egg on Morrisons sunflower & pumpkin seed toast, bramble jelly sandwich, beetroot sandwich, corner yogurt thing, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.
Postprandial exercise: four lawns mown, two of mine, two of her next door who's in a home, merely coz I was out there & it looked like a little trim might keep it tidy like.
Now sat down after a much needed shower.
