After my afternoon sleep, I actually had about a minute of being pain free!

what damage did you do? - it seems quite nasty, considering the recovery time.

I only hit my hip. What I think happened is all the leg muscles went into spasm.

I am going to have to take it easier for a bit longer. When I get pain it feels a bad pain rather than a good pain.

in the continuing quest to avoid malnutrition, dinner has been steak pie, chips and peas.
              courtesy of the usual suspects.

and a nice merlot, just for a change.

                Interesting you should say that!

                Public pool 200 metres away.

You usually have a bad merlot?

MrsBP's sister(sister-out-law) runs and lives in Llandudno's largest hotel. They have a pool there. Which we can use anytime.
