Hurrah! QA finally sorted out my exam!

And I don't have to take it today, I have a whole year. Knowing what I'm like, I have booked myself in for next Saturday otherwise, it'll be August 1 2020 and panic will ensue and the qualification will be out of date (ITIL v4 has launched and all the money for old rope upgrades will be landing).
