Well there was still some snow drifted in the hollows where sun hadn't got to it, and Pen y Fan was white on top from a distance, but otherwise all good

Got to the top of Epynt thinking bloody hell its getting a bit warm now, was about to take a couple of layers off then looked at the temperature on the Garmin. 6degC. Turns out I was working a bit harder than I thought!

Tea/dinner this evening involved poached egg & tomato on toast.

Much to my delight the first egg I cracked disappeared down the plughole of the sink before I could get it to the receptacle that awaited it.

I was not pleased.

It was BBE 25th Feb, so really really fresh.

Bought some brie this afternoon (Morrisons, reduced).

It's all gone now.

I don't do delayed gratification.

Good news! My BP is now down to “very high”.
The Wife (tm) who is one of the most qualified people in the country on the subject, and also one of the worst people to be ill in front of - she thought that Python’s “it’s just a flesh wound” was exaggerating - decided that she would take me to hospital if I couldn’t get my diastolic below 110.
It’s now under 100.
