    I've never made chips.

On arriving home, the heavens opened and lo! verily I say unto you, it hailed with a vengeance as if the last Trump had sounded.

The noise in the lean to (it's got a polycarb sheet to let the light in) was so enormous I had to retreat to the living room.

Once it stopped I ventured out, got the extension leads out and located the Lidl(tm) tyre inflater (mains driven) and checked the tyres on the Corolla (the one that currently goes, there seemed little point in doing the tyres on the one that won't start).

Tea/dinner was M&S battered haddock which was very nice.

Followed by a Muller fruit corner (strawberry) which needed to be eaten and I don't like that flavour much.

The door to the laundry room seems to leak a lot these days and I'm forever having to mop up puddles of rain water but I can't figure out where it's coming in.

Haven't decided what to watch this evening.

    I'll update after the <hiatus>

            Who gives a tulip?

This evening's epic was "Destry Rides Again (1939)" with that James Stewart and Marlene Dietrich.

It was ok but not what I'd term a 7.7.

            Better than "Stagecoach" though.

And now that nice Mr Callan is in New York dealing with the mafia.

A TV night tonight: S1E7 of Ófærð, followed by S3E3 of ST: TNG, The Survivors.

                Still very windy out there

                Goodnight all

                    Morning all

Wet and wild out there this morning, but bits of blue sky starting to appear.

                      That's a good ST:NG ep.

I fully agree with Mr Uxbridge in his actions.

                      Misty.

                      Cold.

                      Windy.

                      Sunless.

                      Grey.

                      Intermittently drizzly.

Discovered this morning what happens if you sneeze whilst having a dump: supersonic turd.

Watched a mad bag lady eat an entire cake on the way in on the bus.
