Grey, misty, with added drizzle just to make sure, like.
Today's first feature is "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" with Humphrey Bogart, Walter Huston, and Tim Holt.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0040897/
There's a lot of dialogue.
And sand.
And gold.
It was rather good in its way, though not exactly typical Bogart.
The drizzle is now proper rain.
Today's 2nd feature was "Doctor No" with Sean Connery and Ursula Andress plus Joseph Wiseman, Bernard Lee, and not forgetting Jack "Book him Danno, Murder One" Lord as Felix Leiter.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055928/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1
It featured a Sunbeam Alpine again, and a curiously naked nuclear reactor, the design of which raises a remarkable number of questions.
The 3rd feature is "Bonnie & Clyde" with Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway.

Which turned out to be rather less interesting than I remembered.
Then again it must be 30 years since I watched it last.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 11 August 2018, 21:49.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

In Victorian times, mothers would disguise themselves as chairs to get their kids to sit still long enough to be photographed.

Home again
Rain, light but persistent, for much of the journey back.
And as we don't often have these family gatherings on a Saturday, I'm going to spend the rest of the day thinking it's SundayComment
