Light lunch of… pork pie

I've got loads of pork pies and sausage rolls to get through. Still not sure why my family thought it was a good idea to give me these particular foodstuffs to bring home with me a couple of weeks after a bypass operation, but there you go

The snow's mostly thawed now, but the cars still had a bit of a crust, so I've scraped that off them. I don't like just leaving it to melt, even though I can't drive them anywhere at the moment.

I think I'll make a pot of tea in a bit; it seems like a good afternoon for making a pot of tea, and settling down to watch some not-too-challenging entertainment on the box
