Late first post for me, The Dog (tw) and I had a sunny walk earlier, but the heavens have just opened for the last hour or so.

Lunch today is a wholemeal cob - well, bap, really - stuffed with M&S chicken tikka fillets, the latter bought on the three-for-£7 special offer that isn't really special as it's always on. Oh, and a bag of plain crisps

Followed by a gala apple and a large coffee
