This morning I have learned that one of the collective nouns for Otters is a Romp.

The network is back again. Yesterday they had:
1. VPN failure (someBob "tweaked" the software)
2. An IBM board went pop with no redundancy, pulling down 3 servers that affected everywhere outside the US to varying degrees of tulipness.
3. No tapes were harmed.
