Pretty good run back - about an hour and twenty minutes, which is as good as it gets

I don't know why as it seemed like I had a reasonably good night's sleep last night, but I've been utterly knackered all day today

Well the year is off to a good start.

Client Co. want me for another 3 months.

Weight is back below 90kg, last of the Xmas excess gone.

Fitness is back where it was in November before I spent most of December sitting on my arse eating and drinking myself into a stupor.

Tax Rebate from Hector that means I can now afford the custom bike I've specced up and then decided I can't afford at least a dozen times.

Time for a small celebratory I think

Having visited 4 countries I'm now in my hotel room (thank god).

Annoying client bod has discovered I can hold a 30 minute conversation with his biggest boss and he doesn't have a look in even when sat between us. I think my day has been successful.

My nose seems a bit runny, and I'm starting to wonder if my general debilitation today may be due to me coming down with some foul lurgy

On the other hand, curry does tend to induce gustatory rhinitis, so maybe I just need a good night's sleep after all
