40°C in Franschhoek today. Air-conditioning essential. Great wedding yesterday, food, booze, Samba band... What's not to like?I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Did anyone recognize the console printer/terminal that was used in "Endeavour" last Sunday?
It wasn't an ASR33 & I'm sure we had one that talked over a modem to septicland while I worked in Siliconix.Comment
