                2.5kg a month for 4 months. Just under 1.5lb a week, so not that big an ask really.

                The big problem is as above, I'm bored at client co. and when I get bored I eat junk.

                Currently doing ~10 hours a week on the bike so not really much room to increase that without incurring the wrath of MrsB for not doing other stuff.

                      It is a very large ask for your body. you can lose water and carbs quickly(until they run out). But fat is quite different.

                      If you aim for 1.5lb a week you might achieve 1ib a week. Which would still be brilliant.
