Apparently it was in The Guardian on 31st August 2016 that:Originally posted by eek View PostTo be fair I heard about it at 7am this morning and couldn't be arsed to post about it....
There have been several unconfirmed local reports of users claiming that the battery of the Galaxy Note 7 exploded during charging."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Home, and weekend!
There was some right idiocy going on on the road on the way home. I also found PM extremely annoying: it was being presented by someone whose idea of interviewing seems to be "Let me ignore the several points you just made, perfectly clearly and cogently, so I can pick on one phrase, take it completely out of context, twist it round, slot it into a different context, then grossly distort its meaning even after all that for the sake of just sniping pettily at you" - to an even greater degree than most presenters on Radio 4

There's some cold sausages in the fridge. I think I'll just have those for tea tonight; the good thing about the sausage & bacon baguette I have on Friday mornings is that I often don't feel overly peckish again even by evening
But I'll have a beer, too. Definitely a beer too

Miss V #3 is helping me in the Manshack, well she is watching Hop on the big monitor. In between handing me the wrong type of screw whenever I put the electric screwdriver down.

The Wife (tm) has gone to clear out her mother's house this weekend, so it's just me and The Dog (tw). Had an idea earlier to go to the good local chippy for F&C but I drove down and the queue was out the door and across the road to a pub.
Came home and got a phone call from The Wife (tm) to say that she had advised the second closest pub to put me & The Dog (tw) up for the weekend. I just need to walk there tomorrow afternoon
In other news, typhoid jab still hurts and "flu-like symptoms" have kicked in.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

I'm not sure why Silentnight think it's worth bombarding me with emails ever since I bought a mattress from them. I'm expecting it to last long enough that I won't need to buy a new one for years. Maybe they know something about their products that I don't?
Goodnight all
