No, I rejected both the original presentation based requests... Please remember this is a COTS product and I'm happy to waste time telling you what you can and can't do... Heck you wasted £500,000 before I came to fix this mess and while you may not have noticed I've quietly fixed (read dumped and rewritten) everything done by the previous consultancies (oh and also fixed an issue which would have resulted in you billing £150,000 less than was expected)....Originally posted by DaveB View Post
