Had to attend the half yearly staff update today - yes I'm a contractor but I'm also the majority of the money they are investing in new systems so I can see why they wanted me there.

    Talk about feature creep -

Just been asked if I will be the new lead vocals in a band. Will sing for beer.

That should have said "now", not "not"

P.G. Wodehouse wrote an entire poem (he'd have probably called it a lyric, as he didn't claim to be a poet) about that once - to be precise, about a printer getting it wrong: The stupid clot/Had printed "not"/Where I had written "now"

But I typed it myself, so I have to accept full responsibility. This is why people used to have secretaries

I wonder how long it'll be before the "brexit" tag deflates and "monday links" takes over again

Better get to sleep, even though early breakfast is apparently a bad idea. Goodnight all

                    Crappy night sleep

On site with clientB's client today, so likely to be a long one.

Still - Friday tomorrow, and a WFH.

Morning all looks a bit murky out there for a dog walk.
