Yes, that thought had crossed my mind (or what's left of it) earlier.

We've got horizontal drizzle at the moment.

It was dry and extremely windy up to about 15:30.

Now it's drizzly and extremely windy.

However I made myself some spag bol (well the bol bit of it) earlier, so I'll consume that shortly, after I've watched a bit of telly next door.

Lamb for diner tonight in the form of Hunkar Begendi. Spicy Turkish lamb stew with aubergine puree.

The exotic cooking that goes on in TPD is something to behold.

I just had the spag bol I cooked whilst doing the washing.

It was very nice.

Not altogether sure why bits of the mince seemed to explode in the microwave.

Must have had trapped water or somesuch.

I'm down to my last packet of "Glengettie"* leaf tea.

It doesn't seem to be stocked locally any more.

I've got some "Glengettie" teabags, but that's not quite the same somehow.

Currently using up some Fortnum & Masons "Royal Blend" teabags.

They arrived in some hamper type thing a number of years ago.

I find them a bit anaemic.

Watched the "UFO" episode "Sub Smash" yesterday evening.

In fact I watched it once as it came, then again with Ed Bishop commenting on it.

It must be said that he sounded rather old.

Must have popped his clogs shortly afterwards. (2005).

When visiting I usually pick up some of this: http://www.welshbrewtea.co.uk/ for a proper panad cymraig. Panad is one of those great words that only applies in the gogledd, it's a dishcud (sp) cymraig for taffs. Apparently..

There seem to be a number of people selling it on Amazon. There's good prices on bulk orders, if you fancy getting twelve packs at a go
