Follow up issue is that the chickens can't get wifi in their house because of the wire fence. Stand outside Fort Cocks (designed to keep male hens out, along with foxes and badgers) and the signal is OK. Inside the 6ft high perimeter fence which is 2cm mesh and the signal goes.
