Blegh, another crap day draws to a close. Hit the whisky at 8:30 to cope with the inanity.
Seems that at the moment I'm permanently knackered and have no energy or drive. Living day to day nothing seems to change and all that happens is my mood gets worse.
It's frustrating that I don't really enjoy my permie job at the place I wanted to work for years, I'm not looking forward to starting new permie job elsewhere and contract stuff is dripping very slowly.
I really don't know what I want to do. I just don't think I want to be doing network design for the rest of my life. Sadly it's the only really marketable skill I have!

My patience is wearing extremely thin at the moment and I'm knackered too.
I had the experience of getting a "dream" job & finding out it was crap.
Someone was telling me today that I'd be moving the lab again.
To which I replied "I don't fecking think so, I'll go on the sick until I retire before I do that".Comment

Well I've successfully failed to find the box of VP0808 vmos transistors that I've hidden next door.
Trouble is, with the place turned upside down, I can't access parts of the office coz of the junk in the way.
Ho hum.
Found a tube of SM1VP06 transistors instead, so I'll take that in tomorrow instead.
Much the same sort of thing and I don't suppose the 2nd yearoikesteemed customer will know the difference.
Though he may well complain that it's difficult to fit in the bread board.Comment

Well there we are, a nice bottle of Reverend James consumed, followed by two shots of gran marnier and some milk.
Night all, mind how you goComment
