The Radio Times has just gone up from £2 per issue (2015) to £2.30 per issue (2016).

I think it's just reached the "I'm not paying that for it" limit.

It used to go up by 5p a go, but 30p is really extracting the Michael.

You could get it online. It is free. But with all the ads takes about 30 minutes to load.....

"The heart of Llandudno" is, if my recollections of it from childhood are valid, a fair bit nearer "rural" than "urban"

I expect Mrs BP will be watching BBC1 soon. She tries to get in as many versions of a Christmas Carol as she can.

I prefer the dam busters at 14:45.

I do hate war films. But in this case I think Barnes Wallace can be celebrated as a great engineer. And we need more engineers.

I've found the end of the Sellotape! It should all be plain sailing from here on in

You must be older than 150! Can chimps live that long?

For your next trick, find the end of the rainbow. Got to be easier.....

What I don't have is gift tags. I'll have to pop over to Sainsbury's Local and hope they still have some left. But not yet as my hair's still wet.

I think I'll have a sausage roll while I wait for it to dry

Even "engineers" who bob their heads? I've met plenty of those over the years.
