The Ikea man - men, actually - hath been.
I thought he was putting on a bit of a show getting the bookcases upstairs, commenting on how heavy they were and resting them on the floor as he shifted his grip to get them round the corner at the top of the stairs, because he was angling for a tip.
I got him to stack them just outside the flat and having now brought them in, by a process consisting largely of dragging after I made the mistake of carrying the first one, I can confirm that they are, in fact, ******* heavy!
Now giving my back a little rest while the coffee brews, as it's grumbling quite loudly about it
I may leave construction until tomorrow when its had a chance to recover properly
