The fact that they're the people most likely to have had limited or no exposure to technology, and probably only ever reached a very low level of education, is hardly relevantComment

if 90% of them go via self service then it gives these people more time to make a difference.
Now there is a space for family & charity to help people with the machines.
In our local library there is a rep from the council most days.Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment
