I sponsored a guy at the new gig to do tough mudder. He completed the course - except 2 obstacles. His bicep muscle "popped" towards the end. All his lower arms bruised. I confidently told him that doing extreme events takes its toll on the body, and he should be fine. He is now in hospital! I hope he will be okay.
I suppose I should have offered no advice except to ask Doctor Google...Comment

OCD is kicking in, on all the systems i am listed as SimonMcc rather than SimonMcC, it is made worse when Outlook keeps asking me to change it as part of spell check as it comes up on an auto generated signatureOriginally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?
