    Don't tempt fate, Client A have just announced they don't have the funding to keep me beyond the end of the month. Clients B&C combined only generate half the lost income from A.

    Time to start whoring myself about again.

      A quick shufty at communicator shows all my European colleagues as done for the weekend and the Yanks are all in calls or meetings, so it's probably a good time to shut down before any of the feckers find me something that needs doing by Monday.

          I've not logged into Office Communicator for a year now, and no-one has noticed. My team can find me on Skype if they need me, but no-one else can

            Right!

            Beasties need feeding and I need to finish off the cooking.

              The other week I was at my fav indian place here

              The dish I order is a chicken tikka that is cooked in loads of mint and coriander and is served with a sauce. I always ask for it to come with the sauce from the Laal Maas dish which is described as follows;

              LAAL MAAS (LAMB) (H)
              Laal means red and Maas means meat. This traditional Rajasthani dish gets
              its colour from the chillies used to cook it. If you prefer your curries hot,
              this is the dish for you, as we use Naga chillies. The king of all hot dishes!

              It's unbelievably fantastic if you like heat and we pretty much have a standing reservation every fortnight. When I first started ordering it the waiting staff would look a bit panicky and ask if I wanted to try a little bit first. So last time we were there the chef/owner came out at the end of the evening to say hello and he gave me a container of the paste they make to produce the dish. I will use this to destroy a poulet on Sunday.

                  Home!

                  Not bad, considering I stopped on the way to collect the prescription item that was mysteriously missing this month

                  Thank God it's the weekend. It feels like an epic victory just making it to Friday evening this week

                  I have nowhere to go, and nothing to do beyond popping down to Sainsbury's when it's convenient. I suspect I will not be getting up until well after lunchtime tomorrow

                    Heh the subject of curry restaurants came up on site yesterday and the customer PM mentioned that one as being top notch, she should know since she's from India and is rather scathing of Asian food that isn't home cooked, we may arrange a project nosh up if this weekend goes off ok

                    I like some heat, but I tend to go for the complex flavour end of the spicy stuff rather than the really whizzbang kaboom stuff.
