After my successful interview on Friday it now appears that the potential client can't really afford me and they dont know how to proceed.
Its a small'ish company so I knew cost would be an issue - I've already trimmed my rate down, but I cant really come much further down.

Potential clientco have come back and suggested a rate that is non-negotiable, I sort of feel insulted by the offer.

I've told the agent that I can't do it but I'd still be happy to work for the client if they raise the bar.

Well I've worked on a bit of Enterprise Architect this morning (creating Requirements and spiffing generated docs).

Then had a walk to the shops.

I'm now looking at setting up blogs in my WordPress website.
