    Dunno - will def get some time off. Contract ends at end of month, so ball's in my court. All fun and games here - looks like my noddy system may need to go europe wide as a sticking plaster to problems not of my making. Or (hopefully but unlikely) they may sort out a proper solution...

      Could this be the kick for you need as you wanted to try pastures new? Take December off and look for something to start in the New Year, or is there a bit of Stockholm Syndrome and reluctant to give up on a good ride?

          If they have been relying on a contractor for over three years now and they are still gonna be left in the lurch if you go maybe you need to do it for you own good
