              I was going to make sausage rolls over the weekend but decided against as I'd be the one to gannet them down since I'm WFH this week. It's a slippery slope.

                  I know! and that lot only took me a couple of hours effort

                  Am making beef and ale pies at some point today.

                  Need to reduce the sauce a little and make some pastry. Will then bake them off and freeze some of them.

                    Need to salt and vac pack the pork belly as well.

                    I've got a kilo, so may do one half normal and then smoke the other in the egg once its cured nicely.
