I was going to make sausage rolls over the weekend but decided against as I'd be the one to gannet them down since I'm WFH this week. It's a slippery slope.Comment

Am making beef and ale pies at some point today.

I've got a kilo, so may do one half normal and then smoke the other in the egg once its cured nicely.Comment

On checked for suitable pie moulds it seems the ones I have are too small.
