    Didn't bother going to the wine tasting, instead had a HyperD style mammoth cooking session.

    Smoked haddock omelette

    Meringues

    Spicy pumpkin soup

    Beef and ale stew ( to be used tomorrow in pies)

    Pumpkin and apple custard

    Brine mix for salt beef - which will hopefully be ready to make corn beef hash next Sunday

        Got to fill the car up at some point. I may put it off until morning, and take the extra 2p/litre hit of using the Shell station up the road rather than Sainsbury's. Though of course that means getting up five minutes earlier.
