Given that the site runs on Apache and PHP 4.4.9, I think it's very unlikely that DP has anything to do with it.

After all, he's one of those retards who still seems to sincerely believe that it's possible to construct a workable web application on IIS and ASP.NET [1]

[1] Given that Microsoft themselves haven't yet managed this (have you seen the state of the MSDN library lately?), I don't hold out much hope for the technologies, such as they are.
