Is it really meaningless? It contains an instruction - to ignore it - thereby it serves a purpose. So it has meaning.
If I ignore it, I will not know it is meaningless. So I must read it. Hence, one can end up caught in a perpetual forget / read loop. Can an eternal activity have no meaning?
What is 'meaning'? The post make sense and so has meaning. So in that sense it is not meaningless.
Is 'meaning' intended to imply 'purpose'? Then why post it?
From a philosophical perspective, this would tax a Greek.Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.

Plus, there was a time when new posters didn't need to be approved - it was when there was the SJD trouble that it was introduced.Comment
