I should point out that if it works by IP address then VDF and I, when from ClientCo will appear as one (metaphorically speaking!) due to the firewall (which is in Dearborn, USA and also scuppers iPlayer) presenting the same external IP and using NAT.

but if you then use your phone - that will be a different ip address. and if your provider assigns a new ip address every time you connect to the internet on your phone you can visit many times.
