    Well we got rescued, taken into custody for questioning. checked out and re-checked for three days before a company man got us out.
    It was sugested by the Un boys that use of our services may be agravating the local situation. Bolrox, what was agravating the local situation was the UN keeping a tight lid on the local warlords so that they had to find other ways to make money than the usual extorsion of the local populace.

      We took the recovered consignement over the border and were layed off when we handed over, with a warning that it would be better if we didn't go back as there were questions of charges for killing several of the bandits that had bushed us.
      They had attacked us for christ sake!
      Freelance contractors were becoming unwelcome in SA at that time so I decided a holiday was in order.

        Lofty went home and Kurt joined me for a few weeks in Port Elizebeth before he got signed up for a security job in Oragemund in Namibia. Diamonds again!
        Kurt was the only one injured in the fight by the way.
        I hope he reads this

              ANTONY:
              Blood and destruction shall be so in use
              And dreadful objects so familiar
              That mothers shall but smile when they behold
              Their infants quarter'd with the hands of war;
              All pity choked with custom of fell deeds:
              And Caesar's spirit, ranging for revenge,
              With Ate by his side come hot from hell,
              Shall in these confines with a monarch's voice
              Cry 'Havoc,' and let slip the dogs of war;
              That this foul deed shall smell above the earth
              With carrion men, groaning for burial.

                This day is called the feast of Crispian:
                He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
                Will stand a tip-toe when the day is named,
                And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
                He that shall live this day, and see old age,
                Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
                And say 'To-morrow is Saint Crispian:'
                Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars.
                And say 'These wounds I had on Crispin's day.'
                Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
                But he'll remember with advantages
                What feats he did that day: then shall our names.
                Familiar in his mouth as household words
                Harry the king, Bedford and Exeter,
                Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester,
                Be in their flowing cups freshly remember'd.
                This story shall the good man teach his son;
                And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by,
                From this day to the ending of the world,
                But we in it shall be remember'd;
                We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
                For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
                Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
                This day shall gentle his condition:
                And gentlemen in England now a-bed
                Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
                And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
                That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day.

                  Me and Bill there we both come from Georgia
                  Met Hank out in New Mexico
                  We're bound for Duranqo to join Pancho Villa
                  We hear that he's payin' in gold

                  I guess a man got to do what he's best at
                  Ain't found nothin' better so far
                  Been called mercenaries and men with no country
                  Just soldiers in search of a war

                  CHORUS
                  And we're bound for the border
                  We're soldiers of fortune
                  And we'II fight for no country but we'll die for good pay
                  Under the flag of of the green back dollar
                  Or the peso down Mexico way

                  When this war is over might go back to Georgia
                  And settle down quiet some where
                  I'II most likely pack up and head south for Chile
                  Heard tell there's some trouble down there

                    Dogs of war, scavengers all
                    always ready to answer the call
                    Blood on our hands and blood in our mind
                    love of the money does war to us bind

                    One side today and the other tomorrow
                    wherever we go we deliver our sorrow
                    loyal to each other as brother to brother
                    unless that brother goes fight for the other
