I've witnessed childbirth firsthand, I pretty sure it came out of the other hole.

Sometimes the "baby-hole" is not big enough, then the have to cut a bit to merge it with the Cadbury-tunnel. Then there is enough room for the cash-sucking offspring to exit.

So basically they slit you in half. Nice. A scar from the bottom of the chest bone and all the way south is sexy.

Almost happens to our neighbour. Baby 11lbs : head came out but shoulders got stuck. The midwife needed trauma councelling!
