HMRC enquiries for Schemes through ASMG / White Collar

Hi,

I left the UK at the end of 2010 and have only just been alerted by White Collar that I may owe tax for the few years I worked under their structure.

I have since confirmed this with HMRC on the phone.
I never left a forwarding address and so have never received any communication from HMRC in this regard.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

I'm not sure how to proceed?

Not lucky enough to be in your situation, but if I had left the UK already I think I might just keep my head down!

Sincere apologies for not responding to you earlier. Due to other commitments I've not been able to spend the time I'd like to respond.

WC myFD link?

MyFD are not quite 'independent' of WC as per the Director of Templeman Financial Limited

What is the link with the directorship? I checked out WC directors and they are different from Templeman Financial Ltd?

Letter from the tax man recieved, demanding settlement agreement by the 30th of this month.
With up 90 days to pay, or if you have circumstances and want to give them you entire financial breakdown a possible 2 year terms payment maybe possible.

Sum was higher then previously quoted as they're adding on interest.

Decisions, decisions.
