Would be good to get into this private group but turnover hasn't been seen for a month, is there anyone else on this forum with the same permissions to grant us access please?Comment

There are a group of people who have paid money to seek professional advice. At this stage its decision time so people will either settle or join big group. It's unlikely you'd get access now like the rest have done without shelling out and tbh everyone knows where we stand now anyway.
If you need any more info pm me.Comment

Old Tax Year Submissions
Has anyone else had issues with tax returns filed by WC partners?
Mine seem to have been filed in a slightly strange way. Instead of full amounts of loans the return states a far lower figure, this has been claimed to be the "taxable portion" of the full loan amount. The figure on the return is somewhere around 5% of the actual figure. I have had it explained that this is still valid and "fulfills my obligation".
Has anyone come across this? Does anyone have thoughts?Comment

You MUST find out why it's regarded as valid entry. If your return is deliberately misleading, that way lies a lot of trouble.Best Forum Adviser & Forum Personality of the Year 2018.

Yes your description sounds like the description I was given. That it was the nominal interest as BIK. Does this make sense? Could it be misleading?
WC said it happened to a few people.
It seems like its the calculation that companies complete to work out the "cash equivalent".
