reading through the entire thread I am getting confused. Does anyone know of any group , representative body, consultants, etc for the scheme run by Assignment Solutions (IOM) /ASMG during 2005 to 2007 ? My settlement opportunity is for those two years and I can't for the life of me find anyone who was on that scheme or an entity representing it.

Any help would me much appreciated.
    Try Turnover first.

If he has a view, great.

If not, I'll look at it either via BIG GROUP or as a separate exercise (which would incur a fee).

Saleos (Matt Hall) has a group of ASIOM ex employees too. If you mail him and ask him to send you his proposal and terms, you can take it from there.

          3. HMRC can be asked to procure them - refusing that request brings serious consequences
          4. Once HMRC has them, you can ask to see copies.

there are other ways that have more or less prejudice attached to them.

Experience shows that a big enough group of individuals, material on the net and a bit of knowledge can piece this together.

This problem (access to details of scheme execution etc) is shared with myFD who also have no right to the information from the provider.

          Hiya

I am new to this contractoruk forum.

Thanks for sharing your great insight in this forum. I used WC during 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 financial years. I am still thinking what I should do as I don't think joining myFD is a right solution. As I called myFD couple of weeks ago, when I asked if they know about the scheme number. They seem to distance themselves from WC and told me to ask WC myself. Then, I thought what the point of paying £1200 is. However, do you think joining other tax advice service such as IPSE is better than nothing.

I would also like to join your private group or form if possible.

          Cheers!

Consider joining BIG GROUP (check the BG thread).
IPSE won't be able to help with APNs, this is just not what they do.

They're based in the IOM which doesn't exactly fill me with confidence, but since I'm clutching straws I ping them and see how it goes.
