For Sanzar users, the Contractor Helpdesk appear to be pushing all users down the settlement path. I would suggest that all write to CHelpdesk and suggest that they consider funding a sample case through to FTT.
For Garraway users who are utilising the Contractor Helpdesk, I would suggest that you ask them what their intentions are. Will they support you to an FTT or will they just tell you to pay up?

Sounds like they're washing their hands of it.
Even if you could persuade them to take a case to the FTT, would you really want to put your fate in their hands? If they were paying you can bet they'd do it on the cheap and you could end up with the same result as Boyle.
I reckon you'd be better off all clubbing together and throwing in a few hundred quid each.
