Thoughts on settling ?

Just wondering if anyone on here has considered/looked into settling?

I have sent a PM requesting access.

Also received the letter regarding self-assessment check and a lot of complex questions which have gone straight to my tax consultants.

Has anyone had any response from Garraway regarding these letters?

But surely Garraway should be able to answer these questions? Or are they a different company? Or should the SFO be looking at them?

I don't think anyone should expect to much from this company - Garraway in its present incarnation would appear to have only been incorporated this year. The Director is also a Director of Garraway UK Ltd and Winchester UK Ltd - what little information there is available none of these companies would seem to have the resources available to fight a battle with HMRC

Gosh, you mean to say that the Garraway that people have been receiving letters about are not the same as the Garraway that are currently advertising their wares here?

Oh, I see. So if you were with Garraway, then you can't ask Garraway, because they are now Garraway, but not the same Garraway as being chased by HMRC?

So you can't ask Garraway about Garraway, you have to ask the Contractor Helpdesk, who also answer questions about Sanzar.
